At etx, he developed the tax advisory area and is responsible for all tax advisory assignments.
A Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, before founding etx, he was a consultant at Accenture S.p.A. and an auditor at KPMG S.p.A.
He has significant experience in managing national and international civil and tax issues. He handles TAX due diligence, planning extraordinary transactions, corporate reorganizations, including generational transitions, evaluation of industrial companies, as well as recurring business consultancy in tax, corporate, and accounting fields.
He serves as a Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and Statutory Auditor of leading joint-stock companies operating in various sectors.
